The credit option is the other route, and it suits a multi-port cruise better. It never expires and rolls forward as you move between countries, rather than tying you to one country’s cap. Refunds are not offered once an eSIM has been delivered or activated. The single exception is a confirmed technical fault unrelated to your own phone or network.
