Corrections are the most valuable thing you can send us. If a price, coupon or coverage claim here is wrong, we want to know.
Email hello@esimcruise.deals. We read everything; we reply to anything that needs a reply.
Most useful things to send
- A price that has changed, with the provider and plan name.
- A coupon that no longer works — we will re-test and re-date it.
- A ship where a plan did or did not connect, and roughly where you were.
- A port where our coverage notes do not match your experience.
What to expect
A correction with a source — a screenshot of a price, a provider’s own coverage page, a checkout that rejected a code — is usually verified and live within a day or two, and the page it changes will carry the new confirmation date. A report without a source takes longer, because we re-test before we change anything. We do not publish letters or comments, and we do not reply to requests to buy a listing, a link or a score.
Before you write
Three questions account for most of the mail, and all three are answered on the site. Will my eSIM work at sea? Only if it is a maritime plan — the full answer, with the twelve-mile rule. Which one should I buy? Depends on your sea-day ratio — the ranking and the region guides walk through it. Is my ship covered? Equipment is fitted per hull, not per line — the vessel list shows what each provider publishes.
For providers
Product updates, corrections and new maritime SKUs are welcome and we will verify them like any other source. We do not sell placements, links or rankings — see how we test for what does and does not influence a ranking, and about this site for who runs it.
Common questions
01How do I report a price that has changed?+
Email hello@esimcruise.deals with the provider, the plan name and what you actually saw. Screenshots help. We re-date the page when we fix it.
02Do you accept guest posts or paid placements?+
No paid placements, no paid links, and no sponsored rankings. Providers are welcome to send corrections and product updates, which we verify like any other source.
03My ship is not listed — can you check it?+
Send us the ship and sailing date and we will check it against the current provider coverage lists. Coverage changes as operators sign new maritime roaming deals, so a ship missing today may be covered next season.
