What happens when the ship leaves port
EzyEsim is a land product. It reads local towers while the ship is alongside, then loses them about 12 nautical miles out, because every land eSIM hits the same wall. Coverage comes from carriers on shore, not from anything built for open water. That suits a cruise with a port call most days, where the eSIM simply reconnects to a new country each morning. A 30-day return window applies to an eSIM never installed or used, refunded to the original payment method. Customers in the European Union get a longer 14-day cancellation right under EU consumer rules. Neither helps once a plan has actually connected to a network.
